Plot Service for Windchill now provides integration with the Theorem Solutions CADverter and TransMagic products for interoperability between Pro/ENGINEER models stored in Windchill and other CAD formats such as CATIA V5, UGS, SolidWorks and Inventor as well as all output formats supported by translation applications. PSW operates by either automatically monitoring Windchill for Lifecycle, Revision or Check-in changes, providing batch or on demand searching and processing. The application is easily installed and configured by an administrator. Once settings are configured PSW can monitor Windchill for released drawings, parts or assemblies and automatically plot, print or export the files to user defined requirements. To output to CAD formats, a separate installation of Theorem Solutions CADverter or TransMagic is required.
