The trial version is identical to the full version, except it will not let you save or export the model. Evaluation period is not limited. As mentioned here, trial version does not require Pro/TOOLKIT license or unlocking.

Prerequisites:

  • Windows 2000 or XP.
  • PTC Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 2 or Wildfire 3.
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1. (*)
  • Some demos require Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0. (**)
  • Some demos require Tcl interpreter (such as ActiveTcl).

(**) Comes with Visual Studio 2005 or can be downloaded from here.

Wildfire 2 Version

This version is compiled using Pro/TOOLKIT Wildfire 2. It works with both Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 2 and Wildfire 3, but does not support Wildfire 3 specific functionality.

Wildfire 3 Version

This version is compiled using Pro/TOOLKIT Wildfire 3. It includes Wildfire 3 specific functionality and does not with with Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 2.

 

NOTE: ACI for Pro/ENGINEER does not currently implement the complete set of Pro/TOOLKIT functionality but is continuously being improved. If you have a requirement not currently covered by ACI for Pro/ENGINEER, please don't hesitate to contact us!
